5. Shipping Damage or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging our ceramics and pottery to ensure they arrive safely. In the rare event your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit:
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving a damaged order with photos of the damage and the packaging.
- For lost packages, please reach out to us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
