All Sales Are Final
All sales are considered final once an order is placed. Due to the handcrafted and unique nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except under the following circumstances:

Damage During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. You can reach us via support@berithinesceramics.com. To process the claim, we require the following information:

  • A description of the damage.
  • Photographic evidence of the damaged product and packaging.

Upon approval, we will either provide a replacement (subject to availability) or offer a refund for the damaged item.

Seller Mistake
In the event that you receive an incorrect item or an order error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement of the correct product (if available).
  • A full refund.
